The clinic is gaining colors

We are on the final straight in the implementation of the „Alarm Clock" Clinic project, for adults in Warsaw, at the Mazowiecki Bródnowski Hospital.
Little by little, the interior takes on colors, furnishings appear, and a usable area with greenery is being prepared on the roof.
Keep fingers crossed!

Summary of Charity Race

We still mention and want to sum up the Saturday charity race - Westminster Charity Race.
We encourage you to watch the extensive material from this event!
Following the initiative of Judy Ziburske, the charity race was included in the "Westminster Day" program.
As our jockey said "(...) There are no losers, there are only winners, this is the most important thing (...)"

Westminster Charity Race

Last Saturday, at the Służewiec Horse Race Track in Warsaw, as part of the next edition of Westminster Day, a charity race took place.
10 foundations were invited to participate in the race. Their representatives randomly selected horses, and on the day of the race, the jockeys who rode the selected horses received quarries with the foundation's logos.
Our horse - "Cannacore", with no. 9, finally took 2nd place!
The weather was good, everyone had a great time!

Today a meeting was held at the “Alarm Clock” Clinic for adults, under construction, in Warsaw, at the Mazowiecki Bródnowski Hospital.
Its purpose was to discuss the needs of furnishing the clinic with furniture.

African rhythms

Today is the last day of summer holidays, and last Wednesday, African atmosphere has arrived at the "Alarm Clock" Clinic for children.
It happened thanks to the ladies: Viola Wojciechowska and Gosia Marecka.
African culture enthusiasts and Afro teachers in Warsaw dance schools gave a short show for our patients.

Invitation for the Charity Race

On September 3rd this year a charity race will be held at the Służewiec Horse Race Track in Warsaw as part of the next edition of Westminster Day.
Our foundation has been invited to participate in this event for the second time.
We cordially invite you to the Westminster Charity Race, with the participation of 10 foundations!
We are already after the drawing of horses. Jockeys riding randomly selected horses will receive quads with the foundation's logos.

Horses’ drawing

For the second time in a row, our foundation has been invited to participate in a charity race as part of the "Westminster Day", which will take place on September 3rd this year at the Służewiec Horse Race Track in Warsaw.
Today there was a horse drawing for each of the invited foundations. We drew a horse named - CANNACORE!
And this year the following foundations are competing with us: "Cancer Fighters", „Dajemy dzieciom siłę", DKMS, Erbud, Ronald McDonald, Totalizator Sportowy, Unaweza, Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy and theMali Bracia Ubogich.

No holidays at the construction site!

This month, new plants appeared at the construction site of the „Alarm Clock" Clinic for adults, at the Mazowiecki Bródnowski Hospital.
Today we witnessed bark being sprinkled on new roots. Now we are waiting for the rain.
And inside the clinic building, intensive finishing works are underway and there is already an elevator!

Jagoda - It is possible!

During these holidays, we also managed to visit Jagoda, a former patient of the „Alarm Clock" Clinic for children, in Warsaw.
She told us about her experiences in illness, the hardships of rehabilitation, the motivation to come back to us and her great passion - horses.

Throw pillow for a sleepy- head

In just two months, on October 12th this year. the auction will be held under the slogan "Jasiek dla Śpiocha” (Throw pillow for a sleepy- head).

This unique event will be organized by the „Akogo?" Foundation together with the "Art in House" Auction House in Warsaw.
Artists known on the art market joined the action. Once a month, we present new works made for us. Today we present the work done by Mr. Jan Dubrowin.

As the author himself says, he painted a good angel "(...) So that they would not lose their way. And they came back to us. (...) "
