75 years of Poland in WHO
Yesterday, the exhibition premiered at a side event, organized on the sidelines of the 76th World Health Assembly, promoting the Polish candidate to the WHO Executive Council.
The exhibition was held on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of WHO, and thus 75 years of Poland in WHO (Poland is a founding member of WHO), at the Permanent Representation of Poland to the UN in Geneva.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Health prepared an exhibition on Poland's contribution to global health.
In 2015, a comprehensive coma awakening program created by the „Akogo?” Foundation (in cooperation with the Ministry of Health), for the needs of the newly established "Alarm Clock" Clinic for children, was honored with the World Health Organization award.
