To our pleasant surprise, the "Akogo?" Foundation became a partner of the Wisła Kraków vs. Miedź Legnica match (play-off semi-final), which took place on May 29th this year in Kraków.
And all this thanks to Jacek, a former patient of the "Alarm Clock" Children's Clinic, who was and is a passionate fan of this team.
Thanks to treatment at the "Alarm Clock" Children's Clinic, Jacek got his second chance. His story is proof of the help we provide and how important support and determination are.
PLN 1 from each ticket purchased by a fan for this match was donated to our Foundation.
Just before the match itself, a short ceremony was held to hand over a plaque with thanks for our activities to Mrs. Ewa Błaszczyk and Mr. Maciej Piróg - Director of the "Alarm Clock" Children's Clinic.
At the initiative of the organizers, during the match break, there was also a campaign entitled "MI SIĘ chce"
The fans threw mascots onto the pitch, which will be given to our Clinic, among others.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Wisła Kraków Board for this wonderful initiative, for noticing our actions and for supporting Jacek!
