We cordially invite you to participate in the second edition of the charity auction entitled "Jasiek dla śpiocha", organized by Art in House Auction House, for our Foundation.
The auction will take place on November 14th this year, at 7:30 p.m., in-store at the building of the Polish Olympic Committee in Warsaw, as well as online.
And today we are showing a work by Łukasz Biliński.
We were in the Artist's studio, we were charmed by the prepared work, it is not a photograph.

New medical equipment has recently arrived at the „Alarm Clock" Clinic for children in Warsaw. "C-Eye", called Cyber-eye, is a modern Polish device that operates on the principle of interaction with the patient, i.e. using the technique of tracking and recording eye movements. As the patient acquires the ability to control eye movement, he or she can select elements (images, letters) on the monitor screen.

As the author told us, we have a girl in the pillowcase,  who looks through a glass ball. Such balls can make dreams come true...

A week ago we managed to get to Radwanowice, near Kraków, where the Anna Dymna's Foundation „Mimo wszystko" celebrated its 20th anniversary!
In the „Dolina słońca" there were: students, volunteers, friends and representatives of the Małopolska authorities.
In September 2013th, when the „Mimo wszystko" Foundation celebrated its 10th birthday by opening a modern therapeutic and rehabilitation center for people with intellectual disabilities "Dolina słońca", an oak tree in Radwanowice was planted by, among others, Ewa Błaszczyk.

Last Sunday, in Warsaw's Bielany, there was a grand celebration of "St. Francis", falling on October 4th.
There was a brass band, blessing of animals and a performance by Natalia Sikora on the tower.
The orchestra played thanks to the courtesy of Mr. Wojciech Ciurzyński, who is also related to us in another way.
A person close to Mr. Wojciech is a patient of the „Alarm Clock" Clinic for adults in Warsaw.
Mrs. Ewa Błaszczyk, Mr. Wojciech Ciurzyński and Father Wojciech Drozdowicz told us about the events of that day and plans for the future.
 

October 12th, 2023, at the Polish Radio Concert Studio. Witold Lutosławski, in Warsaw, the ceremonial Final Gala of the BohaterOn Award took place. Warsaw Insurgents. For the fifth time, those who, through their activities undertaken from August st, 2022 to July 31st, 2023, in a special way promoted the history of Poland in the 20th century and contemporary patriotism were honored.

We would like to send our heartfelt congratulations to the "Światło" Foundation from Toruń, our friend, on the occasion of its 20th anniversary this year.
Our best wishes for the entire Team go to Mrs. Janina Mirończuk, President of the Foundation.

Last Friday, Mrs. Ewa Błaszczyk, President of the "Akogo?" Foundation was honored with the distinction of "Meritorious - Polish Medical Association".
"For protecting the highest value, which is human life, for sensitivity to harm, suffering, illness and need, for believing in human kindness, for caring for human dignity, as well as for the honor and prestige of the medical profession."
The ceremony took place in the Ballroom at the Royal Castle in Warsaw.
