Last week, in Łódź, a seminar entitled "European Funds - we are developing social and health services at a new level" was held.

Science never sleeps

On November 14th and 15th, 2024, meetings were held at the "Alarm Clock" Clinic for Children in Warsaw, with the participation of: Prof. Dr. Armin Bolz (Germany), Prof. Arshad Majid (Great Britain), Prof. Dr. Halil Özcan (Turkey) and Selin Erdoğan Gezen (Turkey).
On the second day, invited speakers from abroad shared with us their knowledge and experience related to the use of the tVNS device for transcutaneous stimulation of the vagus nerve.
We are in the early stages of understanding this method and its effectiveness regarding coma patients.

Wishes

The "Alarm Clock" Clinic for children sent best wishes for Christmas and the New Year.
As the director of the facility, Mr. Maciej Piróg, told us: "(...) All prosperity, health and joy in this festive time for all of us, for the patients, for their families (...)".
And from Mrs. Ewa Błaszczyk, President of the "Akogo?" Foundation: "(...) I want to wish for the New Year: peace, a sea of ​​empathy and love (…)"

Concert as a gift

Last week, at the "Alarm Clock" Clinic for children, there was a concert of the "Karakal" band, followed by representatives of the "Akogo?" Foundation. they gave gifts from Santa Claus for the children under their care.

Performance as a gift!

As a Christmas gift, the Baj Theater has prepared an unusual and unique surprise for you this year - a free online performance! And this is the day after the stationary premiere!

December 22nd at 16:00 invites you to the online premiere of the play "Samao - Tree Hunter" by Marie Pavlenko, directed by Aneta Płuszko. The show will be available completely free of charge on YouTube!
Inspired by legends and full of magic, the story of Samao is a story of courage, sacrifice and hope that lives as long as the trees live.

Mazowsze

Last week, the Mazowsze State Folk Song and Dance Ensemble of the Tadeusz Sygietyński’s name came to our Clinics in Warsaw. 
Each "Alarm Clock" featured a 20-person choir. After singing Christmas carols together, team representatives visited our patients in their rooms and gave them gifts and calendars.
Thank you very much for introducing us to the Christmas spirit so beautifully every year!

Santa Claus!

This year, Santa Claus was the first to visit the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Facility "Alarm Clock for Adults" in Olsztyn.
It's already very festive in the ward, there is a Christmas tree and decorations, so we also went with gifts for the patients.

There was no shortage of emotions and joy!
