Visit

A week ago, Krzysztof „Diablo" Włodarczyk, came to the „Alarm Clock" Clinic for adults in Warsaw.
He came to meet Sebastian, a patient of the Clinic, to whom he gave his autographed boxing glove for auction.
Ultimately, he visited almost all the patients.
At each meeting with the patient and his family, he showed the belt, which, as he himself said, the best boxers in the world have and had.
Thank you for spending your time with us!
And when Sebastian recoveres, he is to meet the Master in the hall.

Olympics

In the „Alarm Clock " Clinic for adults in Warsaw, an "Angel" watches over us - a painting painted and given to us by the Artist Wojciech Brewka.
The summer games are underway in Paris, where Maison Polonaise has been opened - a pavilion designed especially for our athletes, media and fans. This is where the Art in House team is responsible for the artistic setting, which gave the building an appropriately sporty atmosphere, because this was the theme of the artists involved in the project when creating their works.

Summer in the city

And anyone who hasn't gone on holiday or just come to visit Warsaw should visit Bielany.
It is in our district that very interesting murals have been created in recent years, including ours designed and made by Wojciech Brewka.
We cordially encourage you to take a tour of the Bielany murals!

Farewell

It is with great sadness that we received the information about the death of Mr. Jerzy Stuhr.

A great artist, an outstanding actor, a wonderful man who also supported the activities of our Foundation.

He gave us gifts for auctions and performed, among others, in an unforgettable concert entitled "We bring back to life" in 2014, which took place in Bielany, Warsaw, in the Camaldolese Underground.
Thank you from the foundation's whole heart!

Rest in peace [*]

First aid

There is no need to convince anyone how important it is to provide first aid - we know well that the first seconds and minutes after an accident and the proper reaction of often random people can determine survival. That's why you can never have too much first aid training!
The 100 THOUSAND LIVES program, implemented by the 4 HELP Foundation, educates residents of rural areas who - due to the difficulty of reaching medical rescue teams - must take special care of the ability to provide first aid in situations of sudden threat to health or life.

Guest appearance

This year, Majka Jeżowska accepted our invitation to the „Alarm Clock" Clinic for children in Warsaw.
Such performances will be remembered for a long time!
It was fun, colorful and energetic.
We took this opportunity to give our children gifts for Children's Day.
We would like to thank Jysk Polska for their donation support.

Pillowcase for a sleepyhead

We cordially invite you to participate in the third edition of the charity auction titled: "Jasiek dla śpiocha”(pillowcase for a sleepyhead), organized by Art in House Auction House, for our foundation.
The auction will not take place until November this year, but we have already obtained linen for pillowcases from the textile company "Świat Lnu" and the first pillowcases went to artists who want to support us with their works.
This year, we were the first to visit Kamila Szadaj from Wrocław, known under the pseudonym Natasza Mirak.
