Mural with a QR code

A board with a QR code appeared next to our mural, thanks to which you can quickly obtain information about where this idea came from and how it was implemented.
In autumn 2022, on the occasion of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of our Foundation, a mural dedicated to our Foundation, by Wojciech Brewka, was created at the intersection of Żeromskiego and Podczaszyńskiego Streets in Warsaw.

26th edition of the "Benefactor of the Year" Competition

On May 30th this year, in the Warsaw Marriott hotel, a ceremonial Gala was held. The aim of the Competition for the title of "Benefactor of the Year" is to promote social involvement and social responsibility of entrepreneurs - in particular at the local level - and to encourage companies to partner with non-governmental organizations. This year, the second winner in the category "Culture and education" was the artist and owner of the art gallery, Wojciech Brewka, who regularly supports the activities of social organizations.

Children’s Day

With the best wishes for children small and big!
As every year, we hurried with gifts and colorful balloons to our charges from the "Alarm Clock" Clinic for children in Warsaw.
We would like to thank JYSK Polska for the support in the form of: blankets, towels and small cuddly toys.

75 years of Poland in WHO

Yesterday, the exhibition premiered at a side event, organized on the sidelines of the 76th World Health Assembly, promoting the Polish candidate to the WHO Executive Council.
The exhibition was held on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of WHO, and thus 75 years of Poland in WHO (Poland is a founding member of WHO), at the Permanent Representation of Poland to the UN in Geneva.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Health prepared an exhibition on Poland's contribution to global health.

„ŚPIĘ I ŚNIĘ” (I sleep and dream)

This year's edition of the Night of Museums at the Śródmieście Youth Cultural Center in Wrocław was entirely dedicated to our foundation. As part of this initiative, on May 20th In MDK Śródmieście, there was an exhibition of art works by young artists, which were created especially for this occasion in the art studios of the cultural center.

„Śpię i śnię” (I sleep and dream)

On Saturday, May 20th during the Night of Museums, in the Śródmieście Youth Cultural Centre, Wrocław, at ul. Dubois 5, there will be an exhibition and a fair dedicated to our Foundation. The exhibition will include works prepared by participants of the studio, working under the guidance of visual artists: Ewa Klara Kołakowska, Grzegorz Bednarz, Agnieszka Gębicka, Bartosz Hęćka, Anna Szuleszko, Karolina Woźniak, Joanna Sekuła. This unique exhibition is entitled "I sleep and dream".

International Day of Nurses and Midwives

Last Friday, May 12th we celebrated the Day of Nurses and Midwives.
With our camera, we were at the Gala at the Roma Musical Theater in Warsaw, during which representatives of this very important professional group were awarded.
During the meeting, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the "Alarm Clock" Clinic for children, our nurses were also awarded:

The Day of the Patient in a Coma


Polish holiday, thanks to the efforts of the "Akogo?" Foundation, adopted by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on November 23, 2012. The day of the celebration was set on April 18th.
As part of yesterday's celebrations, we invited a tenor, Mr. Nazar Tatsyshyn, to the "Alarm Clock" Clinic for children.
Nazar Tatsyshyn – Soloist of the Lviv Philharmonic. He is a graduate of the State Academy of Music. M.W.Lysenka in Lviv.

On April 18th, 2023, Coma Patient's Day falls, as part of this year's celebrations, the theme of which is the issue of communication, we would like to invite you to a webinar addressed to specialists and staff dedicated to this topic.
