The ceremony of unveiling the mural "Akogo?”

Foundation "Akogo?" celebrates its 20th anniversary this year!

Operating on behalf of the Foundation for almost 10 years, the "Alarm Clock" Clinic for children in Warsaw provides professional help to the youngest patients in a coma.

At the end of this year, the construction of the "Budzik" clinic for adults at the Bródno Hospital will be completed.

On the occasion of the Jubilee, we invited artist Wojciech Brewka, who prepared the mural design for charity and the Bielany District Office, which supported its implementation, in the Warsaw district of Bielany, where the foundation is located.

As the author himself told us, “(...) I wanted the painting to contain some mystery and some obvious issues, such as the attributes of the foundation. So an alarm clock that is associated with waking up, getting up, the real world, but I also wove a bit of mystery into this image (...) "

And what can you ultimately see in the mural?

We encourage you to see it with your own eyes, Bielany, Żeromskiego 4E.

“(...) I am very happy that another mural is being created in our district, especially since the heart of the foundation is in Bielany. It is here that 20 years ago Mrs Ewa Błaszczyk established the foundation together with Father Wojciech Drozdowicz, the parish priest in the Bielański Forrest (...) ”- said Grzegorz Pietruczuk, Mayor of the Bielany District.

We would like to thank everyone involved in this project: Urząd Bielany, Bielański Dom Kultury,  Management of the Housing Estate and Residents of this building.

We would like to thank the artist - Wojciech Brewka, who designed and made this project, with the support of Michał Mąka.
